By accessing or using the Course instruction application ("Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Account Registration

To use the Service, i.e. log into one of the Driver Education courses, you must first register for an account through one of Course instruction partners. By doing so, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process.
• Maintain the security and confidentiality of your login credentials.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

3. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its related systems or networks.

4. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.

5. Modifications to the Service

Course instruction reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time, with or without notice. We are not liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Service.

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the Service.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Course instruction shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your use of the Service;
• Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein; or
• Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the Service.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in following the laws of the United States of America and the state where you reside or our partner through whom you registered operates, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page. Your continued use of the Service after any changes to the Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes.
